A scheduled report and a personal browser alert use different settings. Identify the missing channel before changing either one.

Scheduled reports

  1. Open Reports and check plan eligibility.
  2. Confirm the intended schedule is enabled, saved and using the correct timezone.
  3. Review websites, site mode and selected destinations.
  4. For Telegram, confirm the private chat completed Start and is connected.
  5. For Viber, ask the workspace manager to verify the Channel connection.
  6. Review Recent reports for failures or an available retry.

Previewing an image does not enable a schedule. A successful test also does not prove that the schedule was saved. Check for overlapping primary, pulse and advanced schedules if messages are duplicated.

Browser/device alerts

Review Notifications, the current device's browser/OS permission, quiet hours and installed-PWA requirements. Provider data delays can prevent a threshold from being evaluated at the moment you expect.

A sent/accepted status does not guarantee that an OS displayed an alert or that a destination user read it. Check the destination before retrying to avoid duplicates. Give support the channel, approximate scheduled time and safe status, without bot tokens, private portal URLs or authentication codes.
