Check the generated output and investigate failed or duplicate delivery.

Reports are generated from the existing reporting contract and your accessible sites. They are not evidence that a provider refreshed immediately before delivery.
Preview and test
Use Preview image after selecting the layout, sections, destinations and site mode. One message per site produces separate outputs; One combined message aggregates the selected scope.
Send test now sends to real selected destinations. Check those destinations before using it. A successful preview and a sent message are different events.
Review recent deliveries
Under Recent reports, check the channel, period, time and status. Failed deliveries may offer Retry. Check the destination and visible error first; repeated retries without correcting a connection can create noise or duplicate accepted messages.
For duplicates, review the primary summary, today-so-far pulse and Advanced schedules. More than one active schedule can legitimately send similar reports.
Exports and scheduled reporting depend on plan eligibility and available stored history. Use the actual export controls offered by your selected report; do not assume every channel offers the same format or that a report can reconstruct a missing metric. Optional AI report insights also use the workspace AI allowance when enabled.
