Open Notifications to review how Brightstone keeps you informed. These are personal choices; they do not automatically change another teammate's preferences or a workspace delivery connection.
Configure your preferences
Review the available revenue/traffic alert controls, delivery choices and quiet hours, then save the intended changes. Some alerts require Growth or Scale and the relevant connected data. A threshold cannot be evaluated reliably when the provider's reporting is missing or delayed.
Browser push notifications also need permission on the current browser/device and an active supported subscription. Enabling a server-side preference alone does not grant the browser permission to display notifications.
Troubleshoot device delivery
Check the current device, browser notification permission, operating-system notification settings, quiet hours and selected website scope. An installed PWA can have different notification permissions from an ordinary tab. Some platforms require installation before web push is supported.
A recorded delivery attempt is not a guarantee that the OS displayed a notification or that you read it. Report schedules and their Telegram/Viber destinations are configured separately under Reports. Review those settings when an expected scheduled message is missing, rather than changing unrelated personal alert thresholds.
If these steps do not resolve your question, contact Brightstone support. Never include passwords, tokens or recovery codes.
