Configure scheduled reports
Choose destinations, a report layout, websites and delivery timing.

Scheduled reports are available on Growth and Scale. They use your authorized sites and stored reporting; a schedule cannot grant access to another member's private workspace.
Set up the report
- Open Reports in the intended workspace.
- Under Choose destinations, select the connected delivery channels.
- Under Choose the composition, select a report image style.
- Configure Automatic report for yesterday, the last seven days or the previous month, using its displayed frequency and time.
- If needed, enable Today-so-far report and choose its separate interval.
- Choose the websites and One message per site or One combined message.
- Select the report sections and use Preview image.
- Choose Save changes to retain the schedule.
Send test now sends a real test to the chosen destinations. A preview alone does not enable the schedule. Report timing uses the workspace timezone displayed by the form.
Interpret delivery
Today-so-far reports remain partial. A frequent delivery interval does not cause a provider to publish new revenue at the same interval. Review Recent reports for sent or failed delivery records. Advanced schedules are optional and can coexist with the primary summary, so check for overlapping schedules before reporting duplicate messages.
