Does Brightstone pay my advertising revenue?
No. Brightstone reports supported provider metrics and balances. The advertising network controls its payouts. Your Brightstone subscription is a separate Paddle-managed payment for the service.
Why do two providers show different page views?
They use their own collection and reporting definitions. GA4 page views, ad impressions and monetization page views are not interchangeable. Compare matching sites, dates and source windows.
Why can my teammate see fewer sites?
Workspace roles and selected-site assignments are enforced separately. All accessible sites can therefore mean fewer sites than the owner sees. Ask the owner to review Team rather than sharing an owner's login.
Does a connected provider guarantee today's final total?
No. Connections and synchronized reporting are separate. Today remains in progress and providers can be delayed or revise reports. Missing data must not be treated as confirmed zero.
Can ChatGPT change my workspace settings?
The current customer MCP is read-only and limited to enabled pilot workspaces. It cannot change targets or settings, publish content or manage billing. A manually working connection does not mean the public plugin has been approved.
Where can I get personal help?
Use the contact page or available in-product support. Describe the site, period and safe error. Never send passwords, API tokens, recovery codes or payment-card details.
