Create a site, choose its reporting timezone and then connect its providers.

Adding a website creates the place where Brightstone groups its provider connections and reporting. It does not automatically authorize an advertising or Google account.
Add the site
- Check that the correct workspace is selected.
- Open Sites & integrations and select Add site.
- Enter a recognizable Name and the website's Domain.
- Review the Timezone. This affects the site's reporting day and related calculations.
- Choose an Active users source if you already know how live visitors will be collected.
- Select Add site.
The application opens the site so you can connect its revenue and analytics providers.
Choose a live-user source
Auto — GA4 first, Presence fallback allows the available supported sources to supply the count. Google Analytics 4 only excludes Presence. Presence only requires the Presence collector on your website.
Creating the site does not install Presence or configure GA4 for you. You can finish the provider setup separately.
Connect data next
In Revenue & analytics providers, find a service under Available to connect and select Connect. Google services use their own sign-in and account/property selection. Other available services request their publisher API credentials.
A single site can have several providers. Connect only the account and website that belong to this property; do not reuse an account-wide total as if it were an individual site's earnings.
If Add site is unavailable
Your role or workspace plan may prevent adding another site. A site-restricted admin's rights also differ from an all-site workspace admin. Ask the owner to review permissions and plan limits.
A new site has no reporting history until data has been connected and synchronized. Do not repeatedly add the same domain to try to make figures appear.
