On this page
A workspace is the boundary around a set of websites and their reporting. Before adding a site or changing a setting, check the workspace name shown in the navigation.
Create another workspace
- Open Account.
- Find Your workspaces.
- Enter a Workspace name.
- Select Create workspace.
- Follow the billing or access screen shown for the new workspace.
A newly created workspace is separate from your existing subscription. Its access is activated through its own available plan or account entitlement. Do not assume creating another workspace starts another free trial.
Switch to an existing workspace
Open the workspace selector in the navigation and choose the workspace you want to use. The selector's position depends on the dashboard style and screen size. The selected workspace controls which sites, members and reports you can access.
Membership can differ between workspaces: you might be an Owner in one and a site-restricted Viewer in another. Your personal sign-in is the same, but the permissions are separate.
Join an invited workspace
Open the invitation link and sign in with the email address that received the invitation. Accepting an invitation adds that membership; it does not combine workspaces or their subscriptions.
If an invitation has expired, ask the workspace owner or an authorized admin to resend it. If a workspace is absent from the selector, confirm the invitation was accepted with the correct account.
Before making changes
Check both the workspace and website selection. If a management option is missing, ask an authorized workspace manager to check your role rather than creating a duplicate workspace to recover access.
If these steps do not resolve your question, contact Brightstone support. Never include passwords, tokens or recovery codes.
