Site changes affect how Brightstone groups reporting and may change who can see it. Check the workspace and domain before making any edits.

Edit site details

  1. Open Sites & integrations and select the site.
  2. Use its management controls to review the name, domain, timezone and active-user source.
  3. Save only the fields you intend to change.
  4. Confirm the dashboard is still using the correct provider mappings.

Renaming a site is not a way to transfer a provider's ownership. Changing the domain does not automatically reconnect another publisher account or GA4 property. Timezone changes can also alter reporting-day boundaries, so compare like periods when reviewing results.

Remove a site

Use the site's remove action only after checking what reporting and integrations will be lost from the workspace. The application may require fresh security verification and confirmation. Ask the owner if you cannot see the action; role and site restrictions are enforced separately.

Removal is different from temporarily fixing an expired provider connection. Reconnecting an integration is usually the relevant path for authorization problems. If you need to preserve existing history or are uncertain about deletion, contact support before confirming the removal. Never remove a real site simply to test whether new data will appear.
