MGID reporting requires suitable publisher API access. The Brightstone adapter exists, but account eligibility and commercial multi-publisher API permission depend on MGID. Integration availability does not imply an MGID partnership or guarantee that every publisher token is accepted.
Configure reporting
- Open the website under Sites & integrations.
- Select Connect for MGID.
- Enter the publisher API token and Client ID requested by the form.
- Confirm the website identifier or mapping for this site.
- Save the connection and check the safe reporting status.
Use credentials for the publisher and website you intend to report. Do not substitute a campaign ID for a website ID or connect an account-wide total independently to several sites.
Read supported metrics
The adapter normalizes available revenue, impressions, page views, clicks and visible-view data. Unsupported or missing metrics must not be interpreted as confirmed zero. MGID rate calculations use the available provider denominators; GA4 page views are a separate source.
If authentication or reporting is rejected, check API eligibility and identifiers with MGID. A synthetic partner demo illustrates Brightstone's interface and does not prove that the live MGID API is authorized for your account. Keep all publisher tokens private.
If these steps do not resolve your question, contact Brightstone support. Never include passwords, tokens or recovery codes.
