Use a publisher API key with access to the reporting you are authorized to retrieve. Brightstone does not create an Adsterra publisher account or unlock its API eligibility.

Connect a site

  1. Open Sites & integrations and select your website.
  2. Choose Connect for Adsterra.
  3. Enter the API key in the private connection form.
  4. Review the optional site identifier so the reporting scope matches this website.
  5. Save and check the integration status before reading the dashboard.

Do not duplicate an unfiltered account-wide report across multiple sites. If you are unsure which identifier selects the website, confirm it with the provider before relying on combined totals.

Understand what is available

The adapter supports revenue, impressions and clicks. It does not supply page views through this reporting path. An impression-based rate such as eCPM is not the same as page-view RPM or GA4 traffic.

A missing page-view metric is a limitation of the source, not a reason to insert a guessed denominator or treat unavailable traffic as zero. If authorization fails, check the key's reporting access and its scope. Reconnect the existing integration after correcting credentials and keep API keys out of support messages and screenshots.
