Taboola reporting requires access to the Publisher Revenue Summary API. Credentials for a different Taboola product or an advertiser account do not necessarily grant publisher revenue access.
Connect the publisher
- Open the website under Sites & integrations.
- Select Connect for Taboola.
- Enter Client ID, Client secret and the publisher Account ID requested by the form.
- Check the account/site scope before saving.
- Review the integration status and the date range after synchronization.
A secret is entered only in the authenticated connection form. Never include it in support tickets, screenshots or a public AI assistant.
Reporting limits
The adapter uses the supported revenue-summary data. It does not provide a general financial balance endpoint, and an unavailable balance must not be mistaken for zero earnings.
The configured reporting cadence is longer than the dashboard's visual refresh. Reloading a card does not mean Taboola has published new figures. If the client is accepted but reporting is denied or empty, confirm Publisher Revenue Summary access and the exact publisher Account ID. A valid advertiser credential or a display name is not proof of the required reporting permissions.
If these steps do not resolve your question, contact Brightstone support. Never include passwords, tokens or recovery codes.
