You need a Google Ad Manager network with suitable user and API reporting access. AdX demand is reported through the permitted Ad Manager setup; Brightstone cannot create a network or enable Google's API eligibility for you.
Authorize the network
- Open the website in Sites & integrations.
- Choose Connect for Google Ad Manager / AdX.
- Select Continue with Google and use an identity with access to the intended network.
- Review the available network selection and choose Complete setup.
- Check connection status and reporting coverage before relying on the totals.
If no network is offered, verify the signed-in Google identity and its network permissions. A successful Google consent screen alone does not establish working report access.
Avoid overlapping revenue
The adapter excludes AdSense demand by default. Broadening the network scope can overlap a separate AdSense integration. Review the reporting definition before summing both sources.
An API-disabled or permission error requires the correct Google project/network access to be enabled by its administrator; repeated sign-ins do not resolve that prerequisite. The existence of the integration or a synthetic demo does not guarantee that an individual network can report. Keep provider errors and credentials private when seeking support.
