Reconnect an integration that needs attention

Reconnect the existing provider when its authorization expires or reporting access changes. Adding the same site again can create confusing duplicate scopes instead of fixing the original connection.

Check before reconnecting

  1. Confirm the workspace and website.
  2. Open Sites & integrations and review the provider's status.
  3. Check that the upstream account still has reporting access.
  4. For Google, use the existing connection's authorization flow and select the correct account, property or network.
  5. For a token-based provider, update the credentials in its connection form and save.
  6. Return to a supported reporting period and check the next synchronization result.

Do not replace credentials merely because today's partial earnings changed. Providers update at different intervals, and the dashboard may still be showing previously synchronized history.

If reconnecting does not help

A revoked account permission, disabled API, blocked reporting adapter or wrong site identifier needs its own correction. Consent cannot override those restrictions. Share the provider name, approximate time, selected period and safe error wording with support; leave out tokens and full private API responses.

Previously stored data and the current connection status are different. Reauthorization restores permitted future retrieval, but does not promise that every missing historical period will become available.
