Viber reporting uses a workspace-managed Channel connection. It is not the same personal connection model as Telegram. A workspace owner or admin with the required rights manages the Channel credentials.
Set up the Channel
- Open Reports and review Viber Channel.
- Expand Connect a Viber Channel if the form is not open.
- Enter the Channel auth token in its private password field.
- Review Post as (optional); leave it blank when you want the supported sender discovery to be used.
- Choose Connect channel and check verification/status.
- Select the connected Viber Channel as a destination and save the report configuration.
Use the service's real Channel credentials. A phone number or a normal personal Viber conversation is not a substitute for the required Channel authorization.
Maintain the destination
Authorized managers can use Verify, Send test, replacement credentials or Disconnect as shown. A credential change can affect other schedules using this workspace destination, so coordinate it with the owner.
If a send fails, check safe connection status and Recent reports before retrying. Delivery acceptance does not guarantee a subscriber read the message. Do not include the Channel token or full API response in email or support chat.
If these steps do not resolve your question, contact Brightstone support. Never include passwords, tokens or recovery codes.
