Brightstone can be installed as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on supported browsers. Installation adds a convenient app entry; reporting still needs network access and a valid Brightstone sign-in.
Install the app
Open the dashboard in your normal browser and use Brightstone's install control when offered. Follow its device-specific instructions. On iPhone/iPad, the supported path uses the browser's Share menu and Add to Home Screen. Android/desktop browsers may show an install prompt or a browser-menu installation action.
If no install action is offered, check the browser/device capabilities and the current in-app instructions rather than downloading an unrelated app. Private browsing can prevent persistent installation or storage.
Notifications and updates
Push needs its own browser/OS permission and supported installation state. Opening an installed app does not automatically enable notifications. Online loads pick up supported application updates; restart the installed app if a completed update is waiting.
For startup or login problems, first check the same account in a normal browser. Review network access and browser storage before removing an installed app or clearing data, because that can remove recognized-device cookies and require verification again. Never assume the PWA provides offline access to fresh customer analytics.
