Availability: Experimental

Connected channels establish which accounts are available to the integration. Their names alone do not establish available follower counts, reach, engagement or historical analytics.

Audience is experimental

The Audience experience is experimental and depends on the supported collection path. Exact Facebook follower/reach figures are not guaranteed. A rounded, absent or unavailable value must not be replaced with a guessed number or reported as confirmed zero.

This does not substitute for authenticated Meta insights or a social platform's own reporting. Do not assume a publishing authorization also grants every audience metric.

Post insights

Publishing insights can display supported retained information where SocialChamp supplied it. A post may have no stored insights snapshot, even when its publishing status is known. Compare posts only when the available metric and reporting window match.

If a channel is missing, review the SocialChamp connection and channel access first. If a channel exists but a metric is missing, refreshing the channel names is not proof that the metric can be collected. Share the channel platform and missing metric with support, without credentials. Brightstone does not promise to reconstruct unsupported historical audience data or scrape a platform to fill the gap.
