Social publishing can continue processing after Brightstone receives an initial response. A queued or accepted command is not the same as a post being visible on the destination network.
Find the post
- Open SocialChamp.
- Use the available calendar, posts, drafts or queue view.
- Check the account/channel filter and selected month.
- Open the relevant command or status information for the post.
A saved draft is not scheduled. A scheduled post uses its chosen timezone. Check those details before concluding that a post was sent at the wrong time.
Investigate failures
Read the safe error message and review connection status, channel authorization, media processing and network-specific requirements. Some published or approval-managed content must be edited in SocialChamp rather than through Brightstone.
Check whether the provider already accepted the command before submitting it again. Retrying an uncertain request can duplicate the content. Reconnect an expired account, but do not assume reconnection republishes a failed post automatically.
For support, provide the approximate time, selected channel, visible status and a safe description of the action. Do not send social passwords, access tokens, private media or raw provider responses. Platform-specific publishing limits still apply even when the connection itself is healthy.
If these steps do not resolve your question, contact Brightstone support. Never include passwords, tokens or recovery codes.
