On this page
The composer accepts supported photos or a video, but the destination network has the final say on format, duration, size and posting permissions.
Add media
In Create post, use Photos and video to choose or drag files. The current form allows up to ten photos or one video, with a maximum of 200 MiB per file, using the displayed JPG, PNG, GIF, MP4 and MOV formats. A network can impose stricter limits than this upload form.
Wait for the upload and processing status before submitting. Upload completion alone does not prove that SocialChamp or the destination accepted the final media. Do not close the page during an unfinished transfer.
Review platform options
First comment (optional) is sent only on supported networks. YouTube may require its title, audience and visibility fields; Pinterest may use its own title, destination and alt text. Set these deliberately instead of assuming one option applies to every selected channel.
Brightstone can stage local media temporarily for transfer/processing. Treat this as temporary working storage, not a permanent asset library. Keep your own original files. If a transfer fails or staging expires, re-upload only after checking the post/command status so you do not create duplicates. Do not upload private customer files for a public publishing test.
If these steps do not resolve your question, contact Brightstone support. Never include passwords, tokens or recovery codes.
