Selected-period revenue, lifetime reporting and provider balances describe different things. They are not expected to match simply because they appear on the same dashboard.
Currency display
Brightstone preserves the original provider currency and applies its existing display-conversion rules. Changing the display currency does not change the provider's original records, its exchange rates for payouts or the funds it will transfer.
If conversion is unavailable, the report must not silently combine incompatible amounts. Check the currency and any unavailable/partial warning before interpreting a combined total.
Balances and payouts
A balance may be provider-reported, estimated or manually retained, depending on the integration. Read its label. A provider with no balance API can still have valid revenue reporting; an absent balance is not confirmed zero revenue.
The Payments area summarizes supported payment information. Brightstone does not withdraw or pay out advertising funds. Payout dates, deductions, thresholds and final settlement are controlled by the ad network.
Lifetime and historical totals
Lifetime revenue follows the accessible site/provider scope and stored history, rather than only the short date period currently selected. Provider access, plan history windows and the dates synchronized determine which history can be shown. Compare identical scopes before reporting a mismatch.
