Understand the scope of each dashboard filter before comparing figures.

Start every comparison by checking the workspace, website selection and reporting period. A teammate with selected-site access may see All accessible sites rather than every website in the workspace.
Change the reporting scope
- Open Dashboard and the website selector.
- Choose a site or the available combined selection.
- Use the period control to select today, yesterday, a supported preset or a custom range.
- Read the displayed date boundaries and the comparison label.
- Check the provider context for the metric or performance chart you are investigating.
The performance-provider selector and the combined revenue headline have different jobs. Choosing a provider's rate card does not necessarily redefine every combined total. Always read the scope shown beside the result.
Compare useful periods
Today is still in progress. Yesterday or a completed month can also change when providers send revisions, but they have different coverage from a current partial day. A custom range is limited by your plan's history window and the records available from the source.
Use the same sites, source definitions and currency for a fair comparison. A permission change, newly connected provider or missing historical period can change coverage without representing a real business decline.
