Brightstone subscriptions pay for access to the analytics service and its plan features. Advertising revenue displayed in the dashboard is reporting from your connected providers. These are separate financial flows.
Workspace billing
Each workspace has its own plan, site/member limits and subscription status. Paying for one workspace does not automatically cover another workspace you create or join. Check the selected workspace before opening Billing.
Paddle handles the supported subscription checkout and customer portal. Brightstone does not collect your advertising payouts, withdraw provider balances or move advertising funds to your bank.
Trials and access
The Billing screen shows the trial or subscription options currently available to that workspace. A card-free trial and a card-required checkout trial have different activation and first-charge behavior; follow the actual screen and checkout rather than assuming every workspace receives a new trial automatically.
When a trial ends, the site/settings and existing data are not a replacement for active product access. Review the displayed plan choices or ask the billing owner to manage the subscription. Finance can view billing where authorized, while subscription changes require the appropriate owner/admin permissions. Do not share payment-card details or billing portal links in public support conversations.
If these steps do not resolve your question, contact Brightstone support. Never include passwords, tokens or recovery codes.
