Cancellation, refund requests and data deletion are separate actions. Closing the browser, signing out or disconnecting an external AI assistant does not cancel a subscription.
Cancel future renewals
- Select the workspace and open Billing.
- Choose the available customer-portal or Cancel future renewals action.
- Review the effective date in the Paddle-hosted confirmation.
- Complete the confirmation and check the resulting subscription status.
Paid access generally follows the confirmed end of the paid period. Use the date actually shown, especially during a trial or a scheduled cancellation. Do not assume that opening the portal completed the cancellation.
Refund requests
Read the Refund Policy for Brightstone's current request process. Requests within the stated 14-day window are reviewed individually; this is not an unconditional refund guarantee. Applicable consumer rights remain as described in the policy.
The policy covers Brightstone subscription charges. A separate AI assistant's charges follow that provider's terms, and advertising-network payouts are separate again. For data deletion, use the appropriate account/workspace procedure or support route; cancellation alone does not delete your records. Check the Cancellation Policy before relying on a renewal change.
If these steps do not resolve your question, contact Brightstone support. Never include passwords, tokens or recovery codes.
