The customer portal contains sensitive subscription information. Open it from your own authorized workspace rather than sharing or requesting another customer's portal link.
Open the portal
- Select the correct workspace and open Billing.
- Under Manage your subscription, choose Open customer portal.
- Complete any required Brightstone security verification.
- Use the Paddle-hosted controls offered for payment details, invoices and subscription management.
- Return to Brightstone and check the displayed subscription status.
Finance access can be read-only. A workspace owner/admin or the indicated billing owner may need to make changes, especially where the billing account is shared. A trial or complimentary workspace may not have a paid subscription portal to open.
Checkout or confirmation problems
If checkout is temporarily unavailable, a retry is not proof that your plan changed. Use the displayed confirmation/status controls and review Paddle's receipt before starting another purchase. An account can take time to reflect a confirmed subscription event.
For a billing problem, provide the workspace and safe transaction reference through the verified support route. Never send full card details, private portal-session URLs or passwords. Advertising-provider payout statements belong to the ad network, not this subscription portal.
If these steps do not resolve your question, contact Brightstone support. Never include passwords, tokens or recovery codes.
