Availability: Controlled pilot
AI Connections is a controlled pilot for enabled workspaces. The public ChatGPT plugin is not published merely because a manual connection works. Use only an assistant and connection you intended to authorize.
Consent boundaries
A connection belongs to your Brightstone user and one explicitly chosen workspace. You select the permitted websites and requested data categories. Existing membership, role and current site permissions still apply to later requests.
New websites are not silently added to an older grant. Optional social, report-history and safe integration-health permissions differ from the default analytics scope. A restricted role cannot gain provider credentials or management powers through consent.
Read-only reporting
V1 tools retrieve supported reporting; they cannot change targets or workspace settings, publish content, send reports or manage billing. The external assistant may still interpret retrieved data inaccurately, so verify important figures and freshness.
Revoke access
Open Account → AI Connections, find the assistant and select Disconnect. Future protected retrieval and refresh access stop. This does not delete data already received by the external service, erase Brightstone reporting history, disconnect your ad networks or cancel subscriptions.
Read the Privacy Policy. The external service processes received data under its own terms and controls; Brightstone does not promise zero retention on that service.
If these steps do not resolve your question, contact Brightstone support. Never include passwords, tokens or recovery codes.
