You need reporting access to a Google Analytics 4 property and permission to manage the Brightstone site's integration. A Google sign-in to Brightstone does not authorize a property automatically.
Connect the property
- Open the website in Sites & integrations.
- Select Connect for Google Analytics 4.
- Choose Continue with Google and review the requested reporting permission.
- Use an identity that can access the intended GA4 property.
- Select that property and choose Complete setup.
- Return to the dashboard and check the selected website and reporting period.
Choose the property whose collection belongs to this site. A property covering multiple domains may have broader coverage than a single advertising-provider website report.
What to expect
GA4 supplies supported traffic reporting, including stored page views and sessions and available audience observations. Historical reporting and realtime values have different windows and refresh behavior. Neither should be substituted for a monetization provider's page-view denominator without checking its definition.
If the property is missing, verify Google permissions before reconnecting. If it is connected but empty, review collection, property coverage and data delay. Brightstone cannot repair a missing GA4 tracking installation merely by refreshing its dashboard.
