Brightstone Metrics brings advertising earnings, website traffic and performance targets into a workspace. You connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage, then use the dashboard to follow their reporting.
Brightstone is a hosted web application. You do not need a WordPress installation to use advertising-provider reporting. The optional Brightstone Presence collector is a separate way to observe live website activity.
What belongs to a workspace
A workspace contains websites, connected providers, reporting history, targets and team access. Its subscription and plan limits apply to that workspace. A person can belong to several workspaces; joining one does not grant access to the others.
An owner or permitted admin connects providers and manages the workspace. Other members see the websites assigned to them. A missing website can therefore be a permission issue rather than missing data.
What Brightstone does with provider data
Brightstone stores supported reporting results and uses them for the dashboard, comparisons, targets and reports. Different networks expose different metrics. A provider that reports impressions may not report page views or article-level earnings.
Figures can arrive late or change when a provider revises its reports. Check the selected website, reporting period and source before comparing totals. An unavailable value does not necessarily mean zero.
Advertising earnings and subscriptions are separate
Your advertising networks handle publisher earnings and payouts. Brightstone displays reporting; it does not transfer those advertising funds to you.
Brightstone subscription payments are handled separately through Paddle. Connecting a provider or external AI assistant does not change that distinction.
To explore before connecting accounts, open the public demo. Its figures and examples are illustrative.
