Brightstone AI is the assistant inside the authenticated product when enabled. It is separate from the public product-help assistant and from an external MCP connection.
Ask a useful question
Open the dashboard assistant in the intended workspace. State the website, period and comparison you need, for example:
- “Compare yesterday's revenue with the previous day for this site.”
- “Which connected provider contributed the most this month?”
- “How is the current monthly target progressing?”
Check which data is actually available. Missing provider reports, unsupported dimensions and partial current days limit what the assistant can explain. A natural-language answer does not make unsupported article earnings or social follower counts available.
Verify the answer
Compare important figures with the underlying dashboard and source timestamps. An observed relationship between traffic and revenue does not establish a cause by itself. Avoid acting on an AI explanation that omits the selected dates or reporting scope.
Questions are limited by current workspace/site permissions and the shared allowance. Use human support for an account problem that requires a person. Do not paste passwords, payment details, API keys or recovery codes into a prompt. Signing in to Brightstone with Google is not “Sign in with ChatGPT,” and no such partnership should be assumed.
