How does the trial work?

Is Brightstone a WordPress plugin?

No. Brightstone is a hosted multi-tenant SaaS platform. Open it in your browser and connect the provider accounts you want to follow. Supported integrations are not limited to WordPress sites.

Can one site have more than one ad network?

Yes. Combine revenue across your sources, or choose an individual provider. Performance measures retain their own provider definitions, so their denominators are not silently mixed.

Do I need a separate SocialChamp account?

Yes. Connect your existing SocialChamp account to create and schedule posts. SocialChamp controls the connected channels, publishing capabilities and available insights.

Are the examples on this page real customer data?

No. The demonstrations use invented figures and fictional brands to explain the features. They never read customer accounts or send a report, notification or post.

How do cancellation and refunds work?

Cancel future renewals through Billing and Paddle. You can request a refund within 14 days of a charge; requests are reviewed individually. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Read the refund policy.

Can I connect Brightstone to ChatGPT?

Enabled workspaces can authorize a compatible assistant through a read-only MCP connection. Choose your workspace and websites in Brightstone, then manage access in Account → AI Connections. Availability of custom connections depends on your assistant, account and plan. The public Brightstone ChatGPT plugin is not published yet. Read about shared data.

Can I manage more than one workspace?

Yes. Switch between the workspaces you own or have been invited to. Membership, access and billing are resolved separately for each workspace.
